Whole-body wellbeing based on holistic concepts is known as holistic wellness. Our strategy focuses on integrating the complete wellness wheel within our practice and among our physicians. By adopting a lifestyle that promotes the body's natural ability to heal and thrive, holistic wellness is the discipline of getting back to our optimal state of health. We must encourage our bodies to recover and thrive as they were intended to do by their creator. And that's why, once more, in 2022, I made the big decision to embrace holistic wellness as a whole rather than just functional medicine. Holistic wellness includes integrative medicine, lifestyle medicine, Ayurvedic medicine, Chinese medicine, orthomolecular medicine, energy, healing, nutrition, and herbalism, among other things.
