And we have to remind ourselves, this is not a sprint, it's a marathon, someone who has ran three marathons myself. This is a journey that I have to constantly remind myself, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon. To learn how to stock your goals will take away that overwhelm, will take away that exhaustion, will take away that second guessing. Am I doing this, right? Because you're focusing on one thing at a time, one goal at a time. You're operating for a more aligned vision and that also you're aligned with how you're doing business with a regulated nervous system versus being so overwhelmed with so many things and so many demands.”
