132. 2023 Year End Reflection

In our final episode of the year, I am taking time to reflect on all that happened in 2023. My word for this year was “surrender.” I wanted to challenge myself to surrender to whatever outcome 2023 had in store for me. This didn’t mean that I stopped setting goals and intentions, but rather meant that I surrendered up my worries. Instead of focusing on the negative possible outcome of me chasing my dreams, I focused on what was happening because I was chasing my dreams.

The foundation of this podcast episode and the work that I do at STORRIE Institute is centered around the idea of creating your extraordinary life. But to do so, we all must surrender to what could be and focus on what is.
