As a high ticket sales coach, Katy Hoagland draws from years of experience as a top-performer to teach principle-centered strategies to drive more qualified enrollments through alignment, understanding, and inspiration. Her passion is to introduce high levels of integrity and empowerment into the enrollment process, helping professionals (and their clients!) thrive.

 

From 2016 to 2019 she played a vital role in growing a start-up business from $1M to $10M in revenue. Through conducting over 3,000 consultative strategy sessions with professionals around the world, Katy has empowered teams and individuals to expand beyond what they thought was possible,— one person at a time. She started her own coaching business, Koach Katy, in 2019, mentoring sales professionals and business owners on her proven approach.

 

Katy was raised in Canton, Ohio, where she built strong core values and her guiding principles. In 2014 she decided to bet on her potential and move to Los Angeles where she grew personally and professionally.  Today, Katy continues to dive into discomfort with courage, learns from every experience, and loves mentoring others along the way. She currently resides in Santa Monica, CA with her entrepreneur boyfriend and four-pound fur baby.
