Open your eyes to the possibilities that are available to you. I've been taking breath work extremely seriously for the past year. I've started adopting this into my everyday routine, and I would estimate that 80% of the time I follow the 80/20 rule. Our breathing patterns reflect the physical and emotional states of our bodies and neural systems, such as stress, joy, or physical exertion. On the other side, by becoming conscious of and making changes to our breathing, we may have an impact on our neurological system and physical health.
