In this episode, I had a truly magical experience at a meditation retreat led by the renowned Dr. Joe Dispenza. Surrendering to the process of growth and transformation, I let go of pent-up emotions and embraced forgiveness, leading to profound and lasting shifts within me. Fueled by inspiration, I founded the STORRIE Community Mastermind, a space for like-minded individuals to support each other on their healing journeys. This journey illuminated the incredible power of meditation and energetic healing for personal growth and positive transformations, which I'm excited to continue sharing with all of you.
